Sport Specific Training & Rehabilitation is a private practice that was formed as a sports performance company in 1997. Soon after this we opened our first clinic and expanded to provide a broad spectrum of sports medicine services.

As health care continues to change, our company structure and services also continue to evolve. At present SST Rehab offers the following resources to our clients:

  • Outpatient physical therapy services

  • Staffing and management services

  • Injury prevention screenings

  • Clinical affiliations and internships

  • Sports medicine services & event coverage

About SST Rehab

SST Rehab uses a multi-disciplinary approach that incorporates aspects of physical therapy, athletic training, massage therapy, and strength & conditioning

Our philosophy is based on a treatment paradigm that starts with an evaluation to identify the underlying cause, and then take our clients through the progression of treatment tiers shown so they can reach an overall goal of transitioning to a maintenance program that occurs both inside and outside of the clinic.

  • If you don’t have insurance, have a high deductible plan, or don’t want insurance to dictate limitations to your care, SST has direct access, cash programs.

  • SST Rehab accepts plans from almost all major insurances, as well as from auto insurances and Worker’s Compensation plans.
