Therapy services are most commonly billed through insurance.  Whether this be part of your own health care insurance, related to an automobile accident, or through a work related injury covered by Worker’s Compensation, SST Rehab is likely to be able to bill them for the services we provide.  When insurance is used, please remember the following:

* To bill through your insuarnce, a referral from a doctor is required

* On your initial visit, SST will explain to you the information provided by the insurance company regarding:

 – any deductible you are required to meet before insurance covers their portion

 – if there is a limit to the number of visits that are covered

– if there is a co-pay / what your financial responsibility will be for each visit

PAYMENT FOR SERVICES IS DUE AT THE TIME THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED – Cash, Check, HSA,
